Whether Swiss artist Donald Brun (1909-1999) was creating illustrations for sport shoes, knitting yarn, photographic film, tires, or airlines, one word could always be used to describe his works: charming. This Swissair travel poster from 1950 is no exception, featuring a handsome pilot saluting a tiny traveler, wide-eyed and ready for an Egyptian adventure.
